Mr. Ganesan has around 20 years of experience in capital markets, private equities and listed several companies in US and International stock exchanges. He has rich experience in Reverse Merger transactions in the US Nasdaq/OTC/Amex markets and in LSE, Frankfurt, BSE, NSE markets. He also has extensive contacts with Investment houses and expertise in pre-listing fundraising in SPV.  He holds Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Vish  Sundar – General Partner

Mr. Sundar has over 20 years of experience in  IPO, M&A, Audit & Accounting, Due Diligence, Management Consulting, Equity Research & Corporate Finance. Prior to this he had syndicated IPO financing deals in India with Alderis Ventures as Founder and also worked in Vodafone India & PWC Middle East & Grant Thornton India. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is an Associate of Chartered Accountants of India.

Alan M. Smith - Associate Partner

Alan provides financial consulting services to several development stage companies in both the private and public sectors  He was known for his proficiency in negotiating highly advantageous corporate acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizing operations to improve efficiencies, and establishing financial controls.  The primary focus of Alan’s dealings, however, involved the successful restructuring of companies in transition and leading the development of business plans to assist them in procurement of short to medium term financing, many through public offerings.  Alan, obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1978 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada, has Master’s Degree in Business Administration 1975, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering) in 1973.

Robert McPhail is a management consultant, specializing in investment analyses and strategic business planning. He has extensive strength in analytical thinking, technical writing and financial modeling. Robert draws on broad industry and project experience together with 20 years of progressive responsibility in executive management. During his career Robert has organized, structured and assisted numerous private and public companies through their business and marketing plans, corporate reorganizations and various equity and debt funding arrangements.
